HR Consultant (Temporary Position) at the Environmental and Community Building Administration
The position is located within the Environmental and Community Building Administration, one of eight administrations in Linköping Municipality. Your Responsibilities
As an HR consultant, you will work broadly within the various areas of HR and provide close and qualified support to the administration's managers. You will have a consultative role where you support both strategically and operationally in matters related to leadership, labor law, work environment, rehabilitation, group and individual development, change management, and competence supply.
The work also involves conducting workshops and training sessions, as well as process leading activities such as risk assessments, conversations, and development processes. Together with your HR colleagues, you will help ensure a close, professional, and equitable HR support to the administration's managers.
Your Workplace
The Environmental and Community Building Administration (MoS) has about 300 dedicated employees working on issues that are important for the development of Linköping and the everyday lives of its residents. You will belong to MoS's HR team, which consists of another HR consultant, an HR administrator, a safety coordinator, and an HR manager. We work closely together and maintain a close dialogue with the administration's managers.
As an HR consultant, you will also be part of a larger context with close collaboration and established contact points within the entire HR organization of Linköping Municipality, which provides good opportunities for experience exchange, cooperation, and joint development. We are in an exciting development phase where AI is playing an increasingly important role – come and help shape tomorrow's HR support with us!
The workplace is located in newly built, activity-based premises in Ebbepark, and as an employee with us, you have flexible working hours.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone with a university degree in HR or another academic qualification deemed equivalent by the employer. You have experience in operational HR work and are accustomed to working consultatively with managers. You have worked broadly in the areas of labor law, rehabilitation, and work environment and feel confident handling these issues in your daily work.
To thrive in this role, you are self-driven and take responsibility for your assignments. You work with a coaching approach and have good collaboration skills. You take initiative, adapt well to changing conditions, and maintain a professional and mature demeanor when interacting with managers and employees. Since the role involves many collaborative areas, we place great importance on your ability to work well with others and build trusting relationships.
We use Swedish as our working language, so it is important that you have a good ability to express yourself nuanced in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
